Senior UI/UX Designer

About Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll drive the user experience design for our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, beautiful, and aligned with our brand vision. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create exceptional, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and experience leading design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the UI/UX design process, from initial research and ideation to final execution and implementation.
2. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand target audiences and inform design decisions.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
5. Create and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
6. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
7. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or agency environment.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and high-quality visuals.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
6. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
